At a restaurant in Banjul.
Our guide initially suggested a hamburger restaurant for lunch. He probably regarded a hamburger as a culinary delicacy. However, we wanted to try a local West African dish. Here we are enjoying chicken soup with fufu. The soup was made using onion, peppers, smoked fish and palm oil in addition to chicken.
